This drum can easily debride the thickest nails. For infection disease purposes, the sanding drum should be replaced with each new patient. For the 1/4 inch drum, it just slides up and off of the mandrel.

This is a favorite toenail debridement choice for many people because it is easy to maneuver and can be targeted to the thickest portion of the nail as well as debride large areas of the nail. This versatility and the lack of need to sterilize it (it's disposability) creates an easy and accurate debridement effort.
