How do I return an item?
 
We stand behind the products we sell
1. Products such as creams, medications, disinfection solution are non-refundable unless there is a product defect.
2. Instruments may be replaced within 1 year if they are defective or fail prematurely.
3. Sanders will be replaced up to 1 year if defective.


Returns/Exchange Policy
1. Please inspect all products upon receipt, to make sure they are correct and free from defect.
2. Items may be returned to us for refund or exchange, for 30 days from purchase (except instruments and sandersas stated above) , if they are in new condition, including packaging.
3. After 30 days and up to 60 days, we will be happy to accept returns for store credit only.
4. Instruments may be exchanged for up to one year for defect or failure. Please contact: [email protected]. Inform us of the problem. We will send replacement instruments. You will not have to return the defective instruments unless specifically requrested by Customner Service for quality control purposes.


Any refunds will be issued in the same method as the original form of payment.

Be sure to send a copy of the original invoice with your return package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was an error made on our part or the item is defective. In this case, we will refund the customer’s original and return postage via USPS Priority Mail rates.


Refund Policy for Hands-on Foot Care Class in Issaquah, WA:
This class is limited to only six nurses per day. We have roughly 30 patients coming for each class. So if one of the nurses cancels at the last minute, it puts a burden on the remaining nurses. They are not able to spend the time they need to work with each patient fully and provide good care.

If you need to cancel, please call 425-223-5173 and leave a voicemail, giving your name and the date you are canceling. You can also leave an email at [email protected] with the same information. We must receive this voicemail or email at least 14 days prior to your class, in order for you qualify for a full refund or for rescheduling to the next available class at no additional charge. However, if you do not inform us at least 14 days in advance, we cannot fill your spot. Therefore, you forfeit 100% of your tuition. The exceptions to this would be a "snow or weather day." or an illness, verified by a doctor's note.
