Key points:
Attendees wanting to reserve rooms should ask for the "AFCNA block”.
These rooms are set aside for our group until 30 days prior to our event (March 25), any unbooked rooms are released on that date to other guests.
Each AFCNA guest, will book individually and if they need to cancel they must do that >24 hours in advance to get a refund.
We were unable to “block” any rooms for Sat 4/27. If attendees want to stay that night also, they should let hotel staff know when they book for the other nights. The staff will assist them with trying to reserve their room for Sat night too.
